The Ventus Accommodations Management System is currently under development at Carleton University. Once deployed this system will offer students more independence in managing their own accommodations, allowing them to self-serve options to confidentially submit medical documentation, submit teaching accommodations requests, access letters of accommodation and other pertinent information, access To-Do lists and appointment information with Paul Menton Centre support staff, manage transcription requests, and confirm their participation in exams and select exam accommodations. Instructors will be able to view student accommodations in all of your courses, view and verify Confirmation of Letters of Accommodation, submit and modify notices of examinations and proctor instruction sheets, and view and download uploaded exam files.
