The folks at the Service Desk have really streamlined the process with the introduction of their Customer Portal. The self-service portal also includes the ability to chat online with an agent. Besides phone and email, you can now submit your own help desk ticket using the new portal. This allows you to see a list of all your open tickets, check on their status, and add additional information if needed.
