There are Two Ways to Join the Co-op Program
Please ensure that your program is eligible for Co-op by checking the Undergraduate Program list.
Applying to Co-op
Did you select the “Co-op option” when you applied to Carleton? If so, we will review your eligibility prior to your program’s first entry point and will send an admission decision to your Cmail account. If you are not eligible for admission, you may have another opportunity to join Co-op later on in your studies. We will assess you again at the next entry point for your program. Students with the Co-op option do NOT need to apply via mySuccess.
If you didn’t select the “Co-op option” when you applied to Carleton, you can apply to the Co-op Program via mySuccess – see our upcoming deadlines below.
We recommend that all students familiarize themselves with Co-op’s eligibility criteria, which include a minimum CGPA requirement that must be maintained throughout the degree. See your program’s full admission requirements here.
Co-op Entry Points
Wondering when you can start Co-op? There are several points at which students can enter the Co-op Program. See the entry points for your academic program here.
