Biography
Tiffany Douglas has been at home in higher education for the past 14 years, leading student, staff, and faculty teams to advance strategic directives of departments. She brings her knowledge of workflow organization and university regulation to her current role where she is responsible for overseeing the cyclical review process, major modifications and new program development. A prior recipient of the NACADA scholarship in student advising practices, Tiffany has experience in retention-focused student programming, curricular design and designing student success services. A certified project manager, Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Carleton and is pursuing further graduate studies in Educational Leadership.
Tiffany provides support to the Faculty of Engineering and Design, Faculty of Public Affairs and Sprott School of Business.
