Reports

At the conclusion of each review, the academic unit, in collaboration with the Faculty Dean(s) prepares an implementation plan that will guide the continuous improvement of the program. The implementation plan is based on observations made by the unit in their self-study, the recommendations made by external reviewers, and the suggestions made by the Senate Quality Assurance and Planning Committee. Following receipt of the implementation plan, SQAPC drafts a Final Assessment Report and Executive Summary for approval, together with the unit’s implementation plan, by Carleton’s Senate. The Final Assessment Report, Executive Summary and Implementation Plan are then submitted to the Ontario University’s Council on Quality Assurance and Carleton’s Board of Governors.

In accordance with Carleton’s IQAP, the Executive Summary and the Implementation Plan are posted on this website. Follow up reports on implementation plans and other reporting requirements will also be posted.
