The second session of Budgeting 101 is presented by the Awards and Financial Aid Office on behalf of the Centre for Student Academic Support! Are you interesting in spending less and trying to save your money? We all know that budgeting is important skill, but it can be overwhelming to know how get started. This Financial Literacy Month, we’re going back to basics to provide you with the tools and resources you need to build a budget that fits your lifestyle. This workshop is designed to help you find ways of cutting costs and saving money for your future. In this workshop, you will develop ways of identifying all your costs, where your money is going, and strategies to effectively budget. At the end of this workshop, you will have a better understanding of what costs are essential and which ones can be eliminated to help save some money. We’ll be covering :

No registration required- just show up! All workshops are only one-hour long and are held in CSAS, located on the fourth floor of MacOdrum Library. Don’t forget to bring your student card if attending as part of the first-year seminar incentive program.
