Did you know? A Master of Architecture professional degree is available to students with a four-year undergraduate degree in any field.
Carleton University offers an online “bridge” program called STUDIO FIRST that introduces students to design culture and helps them generate competitive portfolio material.
The five-week summer program is an excellent fit for anyone without formal training in the field who wishes to pursue a graduate degree in architecture or related design discipline, including urban design and landscape architecture.
STUDIO FIRST prepares students for application to a three-year Master of Architecture program in Canada or elsewhere.

Proven results: Since 2016, participants from diverse undergraduate backgrounds have completed the program and gained acceptance to top schools across North America, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Many are now Master of Architecture students or working in the field.
