DATA DAY returns March 28, 2023

Data Day 9.0 will focus on The Data-Driven EconomyIn keeping with this theme, the event program includes a plenary session on disruptive AI, a data science research topics and technology session, as well as a policy-driven session on transparency, trust and accountability in the financial sector.

Jointly hosted by Carleton University’s Faculty of Science and Institute for Data Science, Data Day is an annual conference that celebrates the latest developments in data science and analytics research. Data Day is hosted on the university campus – in its beautiful Richcraft Hall – and features presentations by Carleton researchers and industry experts as well as excellent networking opportunities. A poster competition also runs during the event with the goal of showcasing graduate student research in data science across many disciplines.
