Health Sciences is offering an exciting new course this FALL that explores the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying host-pathogen interactions.

This course will be co-taught by Dr. Edana Cassol (immunologist) and Dr. Joerg Overhage (microbiologist) and use a multidisciplinary lens to explore concepts related to infectious disease pathogenesis,  immune escape, the microbiome, AMR, and new therapeutics being used in the field.

Prerequisites: students with BIOL 2200 & 2303, and 4th year standing.
