Current Research
My research is primarily focused on the systematic development of peptide-based inhibitors against lysine specific methyltransferase (KMT) and demethylase (KDM) enzymes for their potential use in cancer treatment. I am also interested in the role of PRDM (1-17) proteins in DNA damage repair, synthetic lethal inhibitor screen using BRCA2 deficient prostate cancer cellular model.
