Caroline Ayebale
Undergraduate Student
Caroline Ayebale is a second-year student at Carleton University in the political science program and a passionate advocate for students, especially those coming from disadvantaged backgrounds. Through her previous work as the Community Partnerships Coordinator for World University Service of Canada (WUSC) Carleton, she has worked directly with students from refugee and displaced backgrounds.
Outside of Carleton, Caroline continues to support youth and marginalized communities through her volunteer work with Youth Ottawa, Raising the Roof, and the Centre for Black Options. Her professional work as a Supervisor at Sysco has given her experience working with and leading teams, handling conflicts, and making decisions to ensure day-to-day operations proceed smoothly.
From her time with WUSC Carleton and volunteer work, Caroline has developed a broad range of skills from communication to conflict resolution.
