Carleton University will combine the U-Pass and Campus Card into a single ONECard solution. As you are now eligible, please follow the steps below to upgrade your card and access the transit system this fall.
- Visit the Campus Card Office in 407 Nideyinàn during office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. prior to September 1, 2024
- Return your current campus card in order to get an upgrade at no cost. (If your card is lost or damaged, a replacement fee will apply).
- Keep your blue U-PASS card, and return it to the Campus Card Office effective September 3, 2024.
Note:
- If you no longer have your Campus Card, bring a piece of government-issued photo ID to the Campus Card Office. Copies and images are not accepted.
- Cards will only be issued to the student and can not be issued to a parent, friend, or other individuals.
- If you are applying to graduate this term, you do not need to upgrade your card for the fall semester.
- It is important you do not discard your Campus Card. It is designed to last throughout your entire degree.
