I deposited funds onto my Campus Card, but the money isn’t there.

There was a problem with a printer or washer/dryer.

Laundry and Printer Error Refund requests will not receive a reply.

I want the funds on my Campus Card Account refunded.

When a cheque is required, paperwork is sent to another office to be completed. The Campus Card Office cannot guarantee when a cheque will be received, and it may be up to a month before a cheque is ready to be picked up or mailed. This process is not related to your student account or U-Pass refund in any way.
