What was your experience like in the program and how has your degree helped your career?

Hums was transformative. It gave me so much and helped me to understand myself and the world in ways previously unimaginable. I really enjoyed spending long hours in discussion with my peers and during office hours. I feel that through my years in Hums I slowly constructed a raft of knowledge and beliefs that have helped me steer through the stormy waters of my 20s. I left the degree uncertain of my path, but with life long friends to help me along the way. 

My degree gave me the confidence to follow my heart and find a career that is truly an end in itself. Through many years of doubts, I have found a path that is distinctly my own.
