The Centre for Research on Inclusion at Work (CRIW) today announced the start of a multi-year community engagement project. CRIW will be conducting research and program evaluation to support the not-for-profit, World Skills Employment Centre, in a project aimed to engage employers in hiring internationally-trained individuals and improve employment outcomes for newcomers to Canada. This project creates a vehicle for academia to help improve social outcomes in the community.
The project will be led by CRIW’s Operational Director and Sprott Professor of International Business, Dr. Luciara Nardon.
