Impacts of COVID-19 on Workplace Inclusion

The Centre for Research on Inclusion at Work (CRIW) is pleased to invite you to its much-anticipated virtual event on COVID-19 and workplace inclusion on March 10, 2021 at 10:00 – 11:30 AM.
Researchers that received CRIW Ignite! research grant and CRIW Ignite! COVID-19 Special Funding will be presenting preliminary findings of their research on the impact of COVID-19 on workplace inclusion.
The following research projects will be presented:
- Weathering the Storm Alone: Examining the Impact of COVID-19 on the Psychological and Job-related Well-being of Single Working Mothers – Angela Dionisi, Kathryne Dupré and Chelsie Smith
- The Changing Nature of Work due to COVID-19 – Linda Schweitzer, Sean Lyons, Katarina Lauch and Jen Kostuchuk
- The Effect of Regional Culture on Social Distancing and Business Activities During the Pandemic – Alan Cai and Zhilin Yang
- The Impact of COVID-19 on Brick-and-Mortar Retail Workers – Nada Elnahla and Leighann Neilson
- Pandemic, Panic, and Precarity: Interviews with International Students Stranded in Ottawa During COVID-19 – Luciara Nardon and Amrita Hari
