BIT & HCI students attended Canadian Celebration of Women in Computing

Twenty BIT and HCI students attended the first Canadian Celebration of Women in Computing, held in Ottawa on January 22-23, 2016. They learned about computing outreach and skills development such as improving their presentations. Mixed into the program were discussions about being a women in this field. The students appreciated their many networking opportunities.
