Dr. Lesley Istead

Assistant Professor
Lesley Istead received a Bachelor of Mathematics, a Masters of Mathematics, and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. She has years of experience in the software industry and as a lecturer. Lesley joined the School of Information Technology at Carleton in 2022. Her research interests include computer graphics, stereoscopic 3D, film production pipelines, visual effects, human-computer interaction, and applications of machine learning.
