Common troubleshooting problems are file size being to large, trouble finding recording location, connecting audio inputs.

It is recommended that unless required to record at 1080p to avoid having to large of a file size, this can be set in the recording menu.

The camera has the ability to record to either a SD card or a CFAST 2.0 card. If you need to record a for a longer amount of time it is recommended you use the CFAST 2.0 card. However please inform our Digital Equipment Technician so we can make sure to offload your footage from the card at the end of your session. CFAST 2.0 is a rarer capture method and we have dedicated card readers for it. If you are unable to find your recording file, it is likely that you recorded to the other option. This can be set in the recording menu.

The camera has multiple options for connecting audio inputs. On the left side of the camera there is a 3.5mm mic input that can be used. There is also a mini XLR input for recording to the camera. The camera case should contain a full size XLR to mini XLR adapter cable to convert to the smaller size. Sound settings can be set up in the audio menu.

If you have any questions please reach out to our Digital Equipment Technician.
