Common Troubleshooting:
Cannot log in to CU-Wireless:
The most likely cause of this issue is a flaw in the factory firmware of the device, once the device is updated it allows logging into the schools network. If you have factory reset the device, please use a non Carleton network to update it or run a hotspot off your phone for updating.
Controller(s) not responding:
Most likely cause is a dead or nearly dead battery, please swap with provided extra batteries by clicking the battery tray button on the side of the controller.
