If it is your first time using the motion capture system please let our Digital Equipment Technician know as they can help walk you through how to use the system.

Most common items that need troubleshooting are creating and calibrating subjects and working with props, below are links to help problem solve these if your having difficulties:

When creating subjects please note that the positions of the markers on the subject must be aligned properly to match the diagram. This step can be finicky requiring moving markers until you find a sweet spot to get the system to recognize the subject. If having trouble please inform our Digital Equipment Technician.
