Common troubleshooting problems are file size being to large, trouble finding recording location, connecting audio inputs.

It is recommended that unless required to record at 1080p to avoid having to large of a file size, this can be set in the recording menu.

The camera has the ability to record to either a SSD attached on the rear of the camera or one of two CFAST 2.0 cards. It is recommended to use the CFAST 2.0 card for recording to as the SSD requires a more bulky adapter. If you need a longer record time however the SSD will be required. If you are unable to find your recording file, it is likely that you recorded to the other option. This can be set in the recording menu.

The camera has multiple options for connecting audio inputs. On the top of the camera there are 2 XLR inputs allowing for left and right audio channels. These support phantom power and its settings can be controlled by buttons on the left side of the camera when the view panel is open.
