Dr. Christina Williamson, Cultural Mediations Ph.D. (2022), Sewing in Arviat: Inuit Women’s Work through Stories and Parkas. (Supervisors: Professor Ruth Phillips and Michel Hogue). Christina is currently a Research Officer for Legislative Committee at the Alberta Legislature, providing non-partisan briefings, cross-jurisdictional surveys of legislation and research support for the Public Accounts Committee in Alberta. She was one f the co-editors of “Atiqput: Inuit Oral history and Project Naming,” which was published by McGill-Queen’s University Press in 2022.
