2026-2027 Project Application Form

This is the DoE Capstone Project application form. Complete this set of short questions, which will be reviewed for project allocation. Allocation is based on following priorities: 1) If students and the potential supervisor has already come to an agreement to work on a given project. 2) Students with higher GPA will have the priority in case multiple students indicate the same project supervisor. Required Prerequisite: All students must have a 4th year status which is 1st, 2nd, and 3.5 credit from 3rd year.
