The Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA) is an independent research institute affiliated with the Parliament of Finland. FIIA studies Finnish foreign policy, international politics, global economic relations and the European Union.

MIL

The Macdonald-Laurier Institute (MLI) is Canada’s only truly national public policy think tank based in Ottawa. MLI is rigorously independent and non-partisan, the most cited think-tank in Canada’s parliament, and their experts are routinely called upon to testify at parliamentary committee.

NAOC

The mission of NATO Association of Canada (NAOC) is to promote peace, prosperity, and security through knowledge and understanding of the importance of NATO. They strive to educate and engage Canadians about NATO and NATO’s goal of peace, prosperity and security.

MINDS Funding

The Mobilizing Insights in Defence and Security (MINDS) program brings together the Department of National Defence, Canadian Armed Forces, Academia, and other defence and security experts to strengthen evidence-based policy and decision-making. MINDS members drive innovation and produce cutting-edge analysis to better understand global events and crises informing Canadian Security discussions. The program works to create a sustainable defence and security ecosystem by providing opportunities to the next generation of scholars.
