Photos and documents can be attached to Good Catch, Injury, Illness and Incident reports by either navigating to the “documents” tab or scrolling to the bottom of the page.

The file type you are attempting to upload may not be supported by CU WorkSafe. A list of supported file types is available on the Technical Information page.

As a student, you must access CU WorkSafe through the Guest Portal. Students cannot access CU WorkSafe with their MC1 credentials.

If you are a Carleton student, TA, visitor or contractor, you must access CU WorkSafe through the Guest Portal.

If you are a staff or faculty member and are unable to log in with your MC1 credentials, contact David Hunt for assistance.
