Health & Safety training is essential to ensure individuals stay safe in the workplace. Faculty, staff and students of Carleton are required to complete health and safety training courses tailored to their role and/or the specific hazards in their work areas. In addition to the training listed above, supplementary workplace-specific training must be provided by the supervisor (e.g. emergency response procedures, specialized handling of controlled products, practical training, etc.) when required.
