Why Ergonomics Matters?
Ergonomics is the study and practice of designing workplaces, tools and tasks to fit the needs and capabilities of the worker. At Carleton University, ergonomics means setting up offices, labs, and mobile workplaces to support the comfort and so staff and well-being of staff and faculty.

The Office Ergonomics Training is intended to provide a practical introduction to office ergonomics and have you follow along with step-by-step instructions to properly setup your computer workstation. Although not mandatory, all employees are encouraged to take this course and adjust their workstation to reduce or eliminate musculoskeletal injuries.
How do I access this training?
