Carleton University’s new student orientation program focuses on: the holistic development of all students and facilitation of the transition process which includes; integration of all students intellectually, culturally, and socially into the Carleton community.
The Fall Orientation Facilitators are integral to the successful implementation of the Fall Orientation Program. Facilitators are responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming morale in their groups and working directly with new students throughout the week.
