Team Lead Description

The Fall Orientation Head Facilitators are integral to the successful implementation of the Fall Orientation Program. Head Facilitators are responsible for the leadership and coordination of one of the Fall Orientation groups formed during orientation week.

Team Leads should possess the following qualities:

  • Knowledge of campus and commitment to the goals of Orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
  • Public speaking, one on one, and group facilitation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.

Previous Orientation experience or experience in a similar leadership role is essential.

Head Raven Description

The Fall Orientation Head Raven(s) is an extremely important position in Fall Orientation. The Head Raven is responsible for the leadership and coordination of all of the Ravens as well as acting as a liaison between the Orientation Coordinators, Team Leads, Ravens and all volunteers.
