John Ibbitson on Stephen Harper
Hosted by Andrew Cohen
September 8 @ 7PM – Centretown United Church

“He is a lion in autumn, weaker than in his prime, but still a force of nature. He faces his fifth and perhaps final, test as national leader. But in a way, the result won’t matter. Whether Stephen Harper wins of loses the general election on October 19 is moot. He has already reshaped Canada. And Canada will not easily be changed back”
So begins John Ibbitson’s biography of Stephen Harper. We’ll get an inside look at the man who has been leading and shaping Canada for the past nine years and is presently fighting to hold onto his position as Prime Minister. No matter which party you are planning on voting for, this is a conversation you won’t want to miss. Click here for tickets and details.
