Fourth year, Human Rights and Social Justice With Double Minors in Women and Gender Studies and Critical Race Studies

Angeleah is pursuing a major in Human Rights and Social Justice with double minors in Women and Gender Studies and Critical Race Studies, along with a background in journalism. Growing up in Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg, an Indigenous reserve in Quebec, she has gained a profound understanding of systemic challenges and is dedicated to addressing educational biases. The Human Rights and Social Justice program has further fueled her commitment to challenging inequalities within academic institutions and advocating for a more inclusive approach to education. Outside her academic pursuits, Angeleah enjoys beading, photography, pottery and digital art. As a FASS Ambassador, she looks forward to leveraging her diverse experiences to promote positive change and foster a more equitable academic environment.
