Faculty and Staff Travels 2025-2026
Carleton University’s Office of Risk Management has asked us to gather and provide information about faculty and staff that may be travelling for business between May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Travel may be for conferences, research trips, class study trips, etc.
Information submitted through the form below will be shared with the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, for submission to the Office of Risk Management.
What is this information used for?
Carleton University has to renew insurance policies, including the annual Special Crime Insurance policy.
“The Special Crime policy provides ransom and kidnap coverage for any of our staff or faculty who may be conducting travel for business purposes during the upcoming policy term. The policy is scheduled to renew shortly and our broker has asked for a detailed list of all faculty and staff that will be travelling during the period of May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026.”
