Gabriel oversees academic human resources in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, supporting the Dean with faculty recruitment and hiring, tenure and promotion, sabbaticals, leaves, and related academic appointments and renewals. He coordinates academic review cycles,  and ensures compliance with university policies and the CUASA Collective Agreement.  Gabriel is currently an adjunct research professor in the department of sociology and anthropology at Carleton University.  Read more.
