B.Sc. Honours Linguistics, Concentration Psycholinguistics and Communication Differences, Focus in Psychology

Georgia is a third-year Linguistics student with a passion for communication and leaership. Since moving to Ottawa from Saint John, New Brunswick, she has appreciated every opportunity to get involved in the Raven’s community. Georgia’s involvement as VP Finance and President of the Carleton Applied and Theoretical Linguistics Society has welcomed her into the Arts and Social Science faculty, and her engagment on campus has lead her to the Carleton University Student Association (CUSA), where she is the Vice President Student Life. Carleton has so much to offer, and being in one degree doesn’t limit your possibilities to get involved in what you enjoy. Besides linguistics and CUSA leadership, Georgia has enjoyed being apart of the Carleton Political Science Society and the Carleton Academic Student Government. Outside of school, she loves knitting, cheering on the Montreal Canadians, and enjoying all that Ottawa has to offer!
