FASS Student Ambassador with Carleton sweater

Masters Arts: Psychology Concentration in Mental Health and Well-Being

Madelyn is excited to return to Carleton for her fifth year to start her Masters in Psychology with a Concentration in the Mental Health and Wellbeing Stream. Madelyn began her studies at Carleton in Criminology but quickly discovered her passion for Psychology. Originally from a small town north of London, ON, she fell in love with the Carleton campus and knew it was the right place for her. Madelyn is actively involved in Residence Life, having served as a Residence Fellow, Community Advisor, and Wellness Ambassador. Madelyn enjoys getting outside to walk along the canal and spending time with friends and family. Madelyn became a FASS Ambassador because she is passionate about helping others and is honoured to support prospective students so they can enjoy their time at Carleton as much as she has. Madelyn aims to guide new students through the challenges of university life, drawing from her own experience and sharing resources from a student’s perspective.
