Capstone Courses

To cap their undergraduate degree, students complete one of the capstone courses, FOOD4907  or FOOD 4908 .  During the winter term prior to their last year of study, the capstone course coordinator reaches out to all students who meet the registration requirements. Students interested and eligible for FOOD 4907 or FOOD 4908 should take other steps before the end of April to confirm their participation and secure a supervisor for the following September. Registration for all three capstone courses takes place during the official registration period. The capstone course coordinator for the 2025-2026 academic year will be Dr. Anatoli Ianoul.
