1. SSHRC funded project on evaluating data and contributor dynamics on OpenStreetMap.

Skills required include programming, and data science to work with large datasets as well as critical GIScience to evaluate the complex dimensions of open collaboration projects.

2. NSERC funded project for domestic students to work on GIScience interventions on biodiversity conservation in Uganda.

Skills required include GIS, programming, knowledge of ecology, and ability to think critically about impacts of biodiversity conservation.
