Dr. Renate Ysseldyk’s Social Identity and Health Lab studies how our social group memberships and identities impact health, including during stressful life circumstances and experiences associated with aging. This seminar will provide a snapshot of our
work examining age-friendly “communities within communities” in the city of Ottawa, including recent explorations of how seniors and carers are coping with the COVID-19 pandemic.
