We all know the importance of physical activity for physical and mental well-being, but physical activity also promotes social connectedness. The Department of Health Sciences is offering a fun opportunity for students, staff, and faculty to connect on the move! Please come join us on Wednesdays at 4:15pm for an easy run or walk, we will meet in the lobby of the Health Sciences building outside of room 1104.
