Submitting Hours Worked

Please note that only hours that have been worked can be submitted on the Hourly Pay Submission Form (Online). This timesheet is designated for non-recurring payments only.

**These dates serve as general guidelines for ensuring that hourly employees are paid semi-monthly. However, the Hourly Pay Submission Form allows you to submit up to 4 weeks of hourly pay information.

Department Time Entry (DTE) is a timekeeping method for hourly paid casual employees at Carleton University. This is done in Banner using PHATIME.
