This Strategic Impact Group focused on research, specifically engagement of mid-career faculty. After researching the topic and consulting their sponsor it was clear they were tackling a topic with a broad range of issues. While they initially struggled with project scope, they have come up with a prototype for an idea that they believe is impactful to an even broader group of researchers.
