Join the Carleton Leader Community Book Club!

Whether or not you have participated in Carleton Leader, the Community welcomes all faculty and staff in our continuous journey of leadership development. The Carleton Leader Community Book Club intends to read one leadership related book per term and invites everyone to gather in order to discuss our thoughts, questions, insights, and takeaways.

Of course, we understand that not everyone will be able to join each session and that’s ok. Get your colleagues and friends involved and feel free to host a book conversation of your own. The intention of learning and discussion is really all that matters.

The next book is “How to Lead When You’re Not in Charge: Leveraging Influence When You Lack Authority” by Clay Scroggins. For a short introduction to the book or to purchase a copy please visit goodreads

Please register to join us at our next discussion on Thursday January 28, 2021 at 1:30pm.
