Vulnerability has not traditionally been viewed as key component of successful leadership, however, emerging evidence suggests that vulnerability can in fact be a crucial factor in eliciting transformational change. Join Kim Hellemans, Sarah Todd, and Adrian Chan for a guided conversation on exploring how the decision to bring risk, uncertainty and emotional exposure to our conversations can catalyze ‘leaderful’ decision-making and promote a culture of openness and transparency.
