Pascal is the Executive Director at Action Pour le Progres, a refugee led Initiative in Kakuma Refugee Camp where he empowers youth in transformative learning. He has been directing the organization since its establishment in 2020 up to date. He is working as IT Assistant at Jesuit Refugee Service where he technically supports JRS staffs and students to access internet and he does maintenance of the computers since 2015 up to date. Pascal is the lead coordinator of Amala education program in Kenya, he facilitates Online Peace Building course and leads a team of three facilitators. He recently joined LERRN, which is committed to promoting protection and solutions with and for refugees as partners. He worked in URISE Initiative for Africa (CBO) as the Executive Director from 2016 to 2020. He also worked with Kenya Red Cross Society in Kakuma in 2013 up to 2014 as a Tracing Officer.
Pascal is pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management at Southern New Hampshire University in the USA. He holds a Diploma in Social Work from Regis University, a certificate in Psychosocial Case Management from Utah University, certificate in Journalism from FilmAid International and certificate in Forced Migration at Moi University. As a refugee, he feels deeply passionate about Leadership, advocacy and youth empowerment. Pascal envisions to leading social change in his community and creating education and job opportunities for his fellow refugees.
