Justine Eggink, Student

Justine holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies, with a Specialization in Human Resources Management, from Western University. She worked in corporate HR leadership for six years before making a transition to the nonprofit sector, where she currently works as a development leader for a Christian nonprofit in Hamilton.

Justine is enthusiastic about serving others in her community and around the world. She believes that in order for nonprofits to serve in sustainable, healthy and ethical ways, they need to invest in strong, servant-hearted leaders.

She’s excited to be a part of the 12th cohort of the MPNL program, as it not only provides the opportunity for an enriching educational experience, but also because of the professionals and leaders she feels privileged to learn from.

In her spare time, Justine loves being on the water and hiking up north, visiting national parks, volunteering with her local church community, and spending time with friends and family.
