Carleton University’s Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (NPSIA) is hosting a rare conversation with Lloyd Axworthy, former minister of Foreign Affairs. This important discussion will address how Canadian foreign policy transformed in the era of COVID-19, climate change, conflict and nationalism. A question and answer panel will be held at the end.
