Lama Alsafi is a PhD student in International Affairs at the Norman Patterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. Lama studies International Conflict Management and Resolution. Her research focuses on the Question of Palestine and the intersection of politics, policy, conflict resolution, and International Law.

Lama’s extensive professional experience includes working with CBC, international NGO CARE Canada, and Canada’s NDP.
