Ozan Ayata is a PhD student in Security, Intelligence, and Defence at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (NPSIA), where his research examines cross-domain coercion across the cyber, artificial intelligence, and information domains. Building on deterrence theory, his work investigates how emerging technologies reshape the logic of coercive threats, signaling, and escalation between state actors.
