Victor has several years of experience within the Canadian intelligence, defence, and security communities, including partnership building at the international, federal, provincial, and municipal levels, in the public, private, and academic sectors. His academic research interests and professional experiences include international affairs, defence studies, trans-national conflict, national security, intelligence, critical infrastructure protection, risk management, cyber security, criminal investigations, insider threat management, terrorism studies, strategic foresight, and data exploitation.
Victor’s present research interests are focused on counter-intelligence and insider threat mitigation in the public and private sector domains.
His research is supervised by Dr. Alex Wilner
